This was a group problem for my Marketing Problems class. The assignment was to address a company's marketing problem and list steps the company can do to improve its company's performance.
The company we chose was Time Warner Cable. TWC is known to have abhorrent customer service and is even the lower ranked company in customer service in all of the United States. My group and I researched how their customer service is affecting their overall performance and provided three recommendations of how to improve it.
