This was a semester long project that I did for my MHR 4230 Human Resource Staffing, Planning, and Recruiting and Selection Course. For this project attempted to conduct Job analysis to develop a staffing plan for a Sales Position. We interviewed someone in that role and their direct supervisor to draw out some information. We developed a new job description following our job analysis as well as a job matrix to show the jobs duties and competencies. We provided some suggestions as to what tools to use to advertise the position and how to screen our applicants.
