For this project, a cart with a balloon attached is designed to move up a ramp at a decreasing velocity. At the top of the ramp, there is a strip of spikes at the balloons level. The cart must stop within 2cm of the spikes to avoid popping the balloon. Once stopped, it is programmed to stay at rest for 5 seconds, then reverse back down the ramp at a decreasing speed.
