Each student team will craft a visual/graphic narrative to tell a story of their future design vision by translating Staging/Program Public Life Strategies (social, cultural, communal - #6 type noted below) – as use and public life occurring in and to/from the Long Beach Civic Center site and context - and create a visual narrative as collage to vision a big idea(s) for public life/staging the Long Beach Civic Center conceptual design.
Work back and forth on visioning and spatial definition study diagrams, put yourself there and in it!! - and create a current vision as a graphic collage visual narrative within the space - in/on/around/under /above the space that tells a story of how the graphic strategy is/becomes public life for people. The collage can create one (1) scenario or as many as you would like. Accompanying the graphic design strategy, it should inform and clearly communicate a vision for public life at the Long Beach Civic Center.
