I collaborated with an expert team to develop social media campaign strategies for our client Heartland Café & Mart. Utilizing our E-Marketing, course taught materials, we analyzed their marketing and social media strategies to provide the client with recommendations to improve their social media outreach. Based off this analysis, I designed engaging social media content for the client that focused on consumers’ shifting behaviors and desires due to COVID-19. The content created consisted of Facebook posts, Instagram stories and email marketing campaigns for the client to use.
