I have been brainstorming on an idea of a smart cube/nanosatellite/spacecraft since 2015 after my BSEE.
During my MSEE, in an independent project I recently successfully proposed an idea of redesigning the power supply of the cube satellite EPS system. Instead of using MPPT made out of several converters, I suggested the design of a flyback converter that can deliver multiple outputs for the EPS systems. Two types of Flyback Converter Designs were presented in the report- SIMO (single-input multiple-output voltages) and MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output voltages).
